Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at shop@jellycatua.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged and Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

6. Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.
