Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jellycat UA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Order Cut-off Time

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time, New York). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5-10 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather.

4. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Jellycat UA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jellycat UA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact our support team at shop@jellycatua.com with photos of the damaged item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
